Selling digital products on Etsy and Gumroad
Commander can prepare listing text and files for Etsy and Gumroad. Marketplace tokens are entered in Commander's Marketplaces tab and stored encrypted on your PC.
Gumroad
- Sign in to Gumroad and open Settings → Advanced → Applications.
- Create an application and generate an access token, then paste it in Commander's Marketplaces tab.
Etsy
- Open the Etsy developer portal (signed in to your seller account) and create an app to get an API key.
- Paste it in the Marketplaces tab. Etsy reviews new apps; until then you can copy Commander's listing text and upload files by hand.
Listing tips
- Use clear titles with the words buyers search for.
- Show preview images of every page.
- Only use artwork you made or that is licensed for commercial use.
- Results vary — earnings are never guaranteed.
