Licence key help: find, re-send and activate your key
Your licence key unlocks Digital Product Commander on your Windows PC. It looks like DPC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Where does my licence key come from?
- Buy a licence at aitaskcommander.com/buy. Payment is handled by Stripe.
- Right after payment, the thank-you page shows your key. Copy it and keep it safe.
- Look in your email inbox and spam / junk folder for messages about your purchase (for example your Stripe receipt).
Forgot or lost your licence key?
Enter the email address you used at checkout on the Forgot your licence key? form. We send the key only to that purchase email; it is never shown on the web page. For privacy the page gives the same answer whether or not the email has a licence.
Didn't get it after a few minutes? Check spam, make sure you typed the same email you paid with, or contact us via the About / Contact page.
How to enter the key and activate Commander
- Open Digital Product Commander.
- When the app needs a key, the activation screen opens. Paste your key into the License key box. (Running on a trial? Open Settings → Licence & purchase.)
- Press Activate. The app opens when the key is accepted.
One key, one PC
A key works on one PC. Moving to a new PC? Activate there with the same key. If it says the machine limit is reached, contact us.
Renewing
Renewal keeps your key the same and extends the expiry. Go to Renew your licence and enter your key or purchase email.
